Cyrodiil Champions Live Test Queue Feedback / Bug?

The queue system for the Vengeance Campaign seems to bug out multiple times. I've tried doing other activities such as exploring, delves etc. whilst waiting but it bugs out and when I have even stopped and just sat in Vardenfell it has still bugged out. Is this a common bug/issue? It is frustrating when it says 30m and you've waited 50m and haven't moved queue position for 20m.
Additionally, are there any plans to add a 2nd campaign given the golden pursuits are all PvP based thus a lot of PvE players are wanting to jump in for the rewards adding additional pressure to the queue?
