Gamepad binding and sprint bug

1. The abilities buttons are not visible in Bindings page. All slots for abilities are empty after reset, even though they work and they're displayed at Control map
2. If an ability is bound manually, even to the same button, it stops working while sprinting. The default behavior is to stop sprinting and activating the ability when pressed, but once it's bound manually it cannot sprinting and thus unable to activate.
