Nightblade_ Lost Stacks Merciless Resolve

Greetings, since the current update 45, Merciless Resolve's accumulations are no longer saved correctly and are now lost after a certain amount of time, like with the other changes. Is this intentional? It's not mentioned in the tooltip; it would be nice to see how long the accumulations are saved (time).
Previously, it was the same with the other morphs, but only a loading screen deleted the Merciless Resolve accumulation.

The fact they persisted after combat "ended" was not intended

Nobody was ever intended to gank with spectral bow. It's supposed to be charged up in combat.

I mean nobody opened a fight with spectral bow, it would be encap/2h ulti but the extra 300 spd/wpd was very juicy for ganking/bombing. A huge nerf to nb's overall.
