Preferred background screen in character selection and scrollbar size

I have some small requests here that I would love to see ingame.
Not too long ago, you gave us the option to select the intro music we like, and that was a good move, as many times, small details can make huge difference to our mood. You can as well allow us, to be able to select a permanent background in the character selection screen, among all those you have used in the past and the current one.
Also, there is an option in usersettings that I believe some people would like to be able to toggle from the settings panel instead. I am talkin about the: --> "SET ShowPetsAtCharacterSelect.2 "1" which hides or shows in the selection screen the mount and pet.
And please for sake, seriously....increase the scrollbar size, this joke with tiny scrollbars everywhere, apps and games has gone too far.
