IA - Treacherous Crossing switches unavailable

In the side portal Treacherous Crossing, sometimes the switches are not available to use. A /reloadui (at timestamp 0:22) does not help.
The only option is to leave the room. I've also had it where only one switch wasn't available, but same result, obviously.
