Backtrace while scrolling through IA Acheivements

Consistently reproducible. I see no AddOns involved in the back trace. Using a controller to scroll down from `Fathomed the Fathomless` to `Tentacles in Every Tavern` triggers it. Also using the controller trigger to move between the `Tales of Tribute` and `Exploration` sections is a trigger.
Further experimentation using keyboard and mouse produced an error in the same area with a bit different back trace. Clicked on `Fathomed the Fathomless` then `Tentacles in Every Tavern` in this case. It really doesn't seem to matter what I was looking at before, clicking on `Tentacles...` crash and burns. As you can see it is an unearned achievement, in case that is a factor.
