Hi.
I'm relating to quote from Fallen Banners & Update 45 Now Live on PC/Mac, Announcements Fallen Banners Update site mentioned in title: I really can't see that. I still have haul of different disguises in my bank.
Maybe that s not about what I think it is. Can SB explain it to me pls?

did you try moving them to your inventory and are all of your disguises listed in the patch notes as being converted?

I admit I did not look at patch notes. indeed there is list of already done convertions, and footnote, that more will come.
Moreover I've based my concerns on fact that these items were still in my bank - I thought these items will be taken from me upon convertion, BUT I got these collectibles regardless of having them phisically.
After cleaning all converted outfits I'm still left with following:
    -Hallin's Stand Seventh Legion Disguise
    -Kollopi Essence (ghost appearence)
-Monk's Disguise (functional D, probably won't be converted)
-Shadowsilk Gem (playing as goblin? nice)

The wording in the patch notes is a little misleading. The physical disguise items still exist in the game, and as you saw they weren't removed from inventories if we already had them. That's good for people who still want to use the physical items (for example, they can be used to hide the pasty-looking skin on vampire characters).

So it's more like collectible versions of the costumes were added as a reward for quest completion, independently of the physical disguises. You could even have a case where a player picked up the disguise but never completed the associated quest, in which case they wouldn't get the collectible costume without going back and doing the quest.

I did the following to verify each disguise and remove it if it had been converted:

    - Equip the disguise.
    - Go to Costumes in Collections.
    - Search for the equivalent costume.
    - Preview the costume with the disguise still equipped.
    - If there is no difference, destroy the equipped disguise.

There were a few which hadn't been converted (as noted in the announcement), but I think the Hallin's Stand Seventh Legion Disguise was converted. There were a few costumes where the names varied slightly from the disguises, so I had to search carefully-- and the slight differences in some of the names was why I used the method described above to verify each.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

I love this update but Why why why did they feel the need to rename them at all? Literally just tack "costume" on the end of each name and theyre done. I'll take some funny name redundancy over not being able to find the thing any day of the week.
