Past events missing items

At the moment the "indrik vendor" is selling past event items in a rotation but not all events are present for some reason.
Please ZOS add all past events in the vendor after all in 10 years is normal to have had a period where for various reasons a player coulden't log in.
I did miss the period where we could claim the "Dragon rise" event items because i changed house in real life and the ting is bugging me ever since.
Please ZOS make all items obtenible in some way with an equivalent amount of effort to compensate.
