Monthly crowns not received

2 days ago I signed up for ESO+ for the first time in 4 years to check out what's going on with the game and still haven't received my crowns. When I check my account through the ESO website, it shows no active subscription for my account. Even though I can access the craft bag without issue in game (deposit items into it).

    For this I would submit a ticket to support here. They should be able to take a look at your account and see what's going on with it.

    I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and included all the necessary information and screenshots and it's been stuck on - waiting on agent since.

    Reading through the forums, it looks like this was a big issue a while back on Xbox and apparently still is. There's been several posts for the same issue since that announcement.

    Edit: I had the same issue on XBOX EU and sent in a ticket, but the crowns have just arrived on the account (mysteriously 6 days later but I'll take it, thanks everyone :) ).
