Screen reader will not read quest options

I'm working with someone who has severe dyslexia (to the point of basically being unable to read). Having given ESO a spin with the accessibility options we are so close to something usable but there seems to be no way to screen read the quest option choices which totally kills accessibility in this case. Is there an option we are missing to turn this on or is it a bug ?
