This crap has started happening again after sending some courtesy mails to inactive guild members.

The current guild system is really not set up for mass mails, even with the addons that claim they have delays to prevent getting an autoban (and evidently ZOS keeps editing the cooldown timing behind the scenes so addon authors need to continually update to add longer and longer delays).

This is probably an issue that could be brought up at the guild summit today, if any GMs are interested.

I will also add, however, that mass mailer addons do not allow the option for people to unsubscribe, so a guildie who is tired of getting mails may also be at liberty to report their GM for spamming if communication is done primarily through mailers.

I wonder if this is as a result of some of the changes made to how add-ons are allowed to interact with the API as an attempt to reduce lag.
