Why cant i reset Normal Vateshran Hollow?

i have tried leaving the instance and re-entering
leaving and changing to vet and back to normal
entering on vet, accepting the quest and leaving, then re-entering on normal
leaving normal again and abandoning the vet quest then re-entering again.
logout-login.
every time the normal version of the instance is already complete and i cannot restart the quest. the only option i can do is vet and i dont want to do vet atm.
so question is the topic title.

I play every class in every situation. I love them all.

SolarRune✭✭✭I was told you'll have to wait 15 minutes and if you have the quest it will need to be abandoned.1 -

✭✭✭Abandon the quest then wait for it to reset. The quest keeps it saved so you can leave indefinitely. But if you keep entering too soon after you abandon it, then you continuously restart the timer.
