[Bug] Kyne's Aegis - Stone-hearted Slayer

In an attempt to get the achievement Stone-hearted Slayer in Kyne's Aegis, the first 3 pairs of Torturer's jumped down, but on the last pair only one jumped down. Going to check the cells after the fight, found one of the prisoners still alive.
