Constant Crashes and Freezes

I was trying to log in to see some of the new stuff that’s been added in Update 45. I’ve only been able to get past the initial load in after selecting my character twice out of 6 times. Basically, I select the character I want to load in on and then the loading screen freezes. I can’t Alt F4 out of it, I get no error messages, it just stays on a stuck loading screen where even the spinning ESO symbol freezes. When it actually let me load in, I tried to use a wayshrine to travel to Betnikh and then I got another permanent loading screen freeze.

The only thing I can do when this happens is press the power button on my PC. I’m not able to open task manager or anything.

This has only started after installing the new update. I have all my add ons turned off when loading in and I’m in gamepad mode if that matters. I won’t be trying again since my computer gets completely bricked every time.

I renamed the folders, turned off multi threading, ran a repair from the launcher, and restarted my PC. I at least got past the first loading screen, but I got a frozen loading screen as soon as I tried to travel to a new zone.
