Where are the safeboxes in Artaeum?

I'm working on the new safebox looter achievement one of the zones you need to open a box in is Artaeum. Is the lone merchant in the zone the only place the boxes spawn?

Just noting this before you put a bit of time into the achievement. We found out that it is bugged and that some of the zones will not get properly tracked. Just wanted to pass that along before you got going in the achievement hunt. We are working on investigating now.

Noted. I will slow down my hunt for this achievement then. But it didn't answer the question is the line merchant the only place a safe is will spawn? I don't think I have ever seen a safebox in Artaeum.

@ZOS_Kevin I was going through the list alphabetically and so far I have found Northern Elsweyr safeboxes don't give credit. I hope this helps you track down the issue.

I will give you an update as I find them if that would be helpful.

I still haven't found a safebox in Artaeum...

@ZOS_Kevin I just got credit for completing the achievement but as you can see I have not finished looting the boxes.

You looted all those safeboxes from the list, even the ones not updated on the UI, and got the achievement, correct?

It's acknowledged in the Known Issues pinned thread. You currently need only 34/40 of the listed zones to "complete" the achievement. The two that are broken are Wrothgar and Northern Elsweyr (won't give credit when you loot); then, separately, Artaeum has no safeboxes.

I frequent Artaeum a lot, and would bet the area does not have safeboxes, and this has nothing to do with the new update.
There is no banker, mages guild, fighters guild, or other common areas where these usually are placed.
There is one merchant but it has a node and heavy sack allocated around it.
Besides the entire area does not have a justice system. There is nothing to do wrong, let alone pick a box.
Artaeum often counts as part of Summerset for achievements, wonder if this should be removed from this list.

No I was doing them in alphabetical order as they're listed on the map. Most of the way through I realized I missed Murkmire and doubled back. So the only one that I looted a box and didn't get credit for it was Northern Elsweyr.

I'v also noticed you don't always get credit even in zones where it should work. You have to loot the full box.
I also stopped trying to force pick it.

I've been going down the list and force picking and the list has been updating. I picked a couple in Wrothgar and didn't get credit, and was also wondering about Artaeum, so I'm glad I googled and found this thread.

It's a BIT frustrating that the zones on the achievement are NOT in alphabetical order

It's in the Known Issues thread above that:

Artaeum doesn't have safeboxes
Northern Elsweyr is not counting properly and will not give credit
Wrothgar is not counting properly and will not give credit

You also only need 34/40 (techinally 34/37 since three are impossible) to get the achieve right now though.
