Kicked out of Cyrodiil when game lagged, cannot get back in

What am I supposed to do? I was playing with a group of friends, now I've got an hour wait to rejoin them, and to add insult to injury I got kicked out of a Public Dungeon I was killing time, and now its saying, please contact customer service? And what, wait 4 days to be told it's my fault?
