NB passive doesn't work as it should

Dark veil doesn't increase duration of "Born from shadow" granted from shadow cloak and shadow disguise morph as it should. It increases duration of other secondary effects of the shadow skills like it does with major cowardice from mass hysteria so why shouldn't it with born from shadow?

Born from Shadow is likely considered “invisibility based,” as it procs from cloak, and therefore deliberately excluded.
