Except the old running on top of horse bug was visible by other players.I think what the OP is referring to is players triggering this intentionally, which is certainly a thing.
Yes exactly. Obviously most of these players don't PvP and have no clue what I'm talking baout. So does anyone know exactly how they trigger it intentionally? It is "not" normal game physics.

I didn't capture this player in motion. They are floating. I've known players who can do this at will, but I don't know how. It's not just a Cyrodiil thing.
It's also possible to contort the model into ridiculous poses.
This is server <-> client desync I think, nothing special with larger ping...
Its the same as standing on the mount.
Also take the potato client and the net in here. I've seen all of those situations:
- Players floating while dead (bug - happened to friends/guild mates and I keep seeing that from time to time.)
- Players moving on the ground while dead (bug - happened to me.)
- Players idle floating in the air because of lag spike or because of player got sudden loading screen (happened to me too and guild mates were seeing me just like in pictures above in comments #20 and #26.)

This is a new thing. last few months. Usually when fighting in keeps or resources towers. The player shoots out entirely horizontally from the keep/tower, very quickly. Then they hang in air. Then different things can happen. Sometimes they maneuver back towards the edge in the same horizontal plane. Sometimes they fall to the ground.
Maybe it is some sort of desync but it is a very "useful" bug, since you can't attack them when they shoot out in mid air.
Has not seen this, but remember an guild mate from south Africa, we was just doing an resources and chasing some enemies but he had so much lag that it looked like he was using sorcerer streak as he was porting 6-8 meter on each update but he was not on an sorcerer not did it had the streak effects.Dragonnord wrote: »No one can do that at will. If you see this happening, please take a picture or video and then report either in-game or on the web ticketing tool. We can have our teams review and see why some folks are defying gravity.

This is most likely due to the knockback from a skill like elemental explosion. I know for sure that i've been knocked back by things like flame clench and been able to break free and direct myself back onto a ledge before falling. It just depends on the angle of the knockback and which knockback effect, clench, explosion and possibly a few others do this.

I also wonder if you could attack them - just not where they seem to be, and instead would have to hit them where your client or the server thinks they are. Or at least indirectly hit them with AoE.
