The solution has been posted on this forum thousands of times now.

Limit heal and shield stacking to one instance of each buff per player and make RoA only work on monsters.

Unrelenting pressure and coordination. Not easy to do solo so I understand your perspective, but pressure and coordination eventually will do the job.

The only thing that can take down a ball group for the last 1-2 years now is a stronger ball group. And most ball groups avoid other ball groups. No amount of pressure from siege or ungrouped zerging players can get the job done. ZOS needs to fix this years ago. Letting it go on this long is inexcusable.

I have to disagree with the second half of your post here. Most ball groups do not avoid each other. They do avoid each other where there are lots of pugs though so they don't get blown up. But they certainly seek each other out and fight.

What are you quoting me for, if you read past the first sentence you'd see that I agree. Whatdoyouwantfromme.
Your first sentence is your thesis, it implied you are against limiting the power of comps. The rest of your introduction was ambiguous, the body of your essay tried to cover too much ground, and none of it was directly related to the issue of comp spreadsheets providing far too much power, especially sets, which you barely acknowledged.

For what it's worth, Scribing has enabled my smallscale DK to reach Final Form, so you can pry those shields from my cold dead hands. Balls were unkillable before Scribing too, that's why there's Vengeance.

The problem is that low-tier players
Low tier players still need to get their wins otherwise the game dies. They can zerg down smallscale groups to get a win. They can siege other zergs to get a win. But against the balls, they can't get a win, ever. So they quit. And then the game dies with the balls and their defenders still asking "why don't those pugs just git gud, are they stupid?"
