Why hasn't the Cyro queue bug been addressed?

There's a bug that causes the Cyrodiil queue that causes it to break. It's generally thought that zoning has something to do with it. But with how long the queue can be, it's not reasonable to expect us to wait in one zone for an hour or more to enter Cyrodiil.
This was my only chance to play in Cyro this afternoon.
@ZOS_Kevin I reported this bug in-game and in a forum thread last year. Others have too. Can you appreciate how frustrating this is? This should be a high priority issue. Please respect our time.
