There are PC EU and PC NA. Considering you playing from Canada it's probably PC NA, you can check it on log-in screen on the left upper corner.

I am logged in on PC-EU atm, it isn't down.

I did get a couple of error messages(103) earlier but it was on logging out not logging in.

I would suggest that there's so much i/o due to the pvp event that you're login is timing out. When i tried to enter a non full campaign this morning it took around a minute to log me into the campaign. I gave up playing and logged because the response from the servers is so bad for me that the game is pretty much unplayable anyway.

This morning very early I could not enter in game, because of a login error "An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact support".
I tried everything, a repair, a Steam cache cleaning, restart the pc... everything I could do...
Only after 50 minutes (without any reason) I finally could enter, on both servers (EU and NA).
I usually play on PC EU, occasionally PC NA.

I got kicked around noon ..played another game because if I start getting kicked I'm not going to be able to get back on for another 20 minutes or so.

I played PCNA for 3 hours this afternoon and just logged off about 10 minutes ago. I did 1 battleground then some Imperial City and Cyrodiil. I didn't run into any problems.

So it's not down. There must be something else going on.

ive restarted n rebooted my pc , rebooted eso twice , it still wouldnt let me in i was playing up until this afternoon n then went to make food n i came back to being dcd and then usually i can log back in with no problems . But its not letting me back in .

Was playing just fine on one of my televisions, logged out to go play on another one & now can't get logged back in. My wife is still able to log in on her account on both setups, so it's definitely not an equipment or internet problem on our end. PS5 for us.

Nothing to figure out. The game is just not equipped to handle the current capacity. Simple as that. They used to procure more resources for this event. But my guess is that is no longer the case.

I'm kicked out everyday, many times.

kicked to login menu : "error has occured"
then trying to login, "account already connected"
waiting few seconds, trying again : error 103
waiting few seconds, trying again : error 353
waiting few seconds, trying again : error 201
waiting few minutes, trying again : error 201
restarting game : it works.

total time lost: 10-15min

@ZOS_Kevin It's tiring after a while

added to that the fact that I play in cyrodiil.

I am defending a keep, then an error occurs.
I'm online, I'm 20th on queue, I'm waiting.
10 new minutes later I come back in cyrodiil.
Either the keep is lost
Or the fort has been defended, I respawn at the base, I do not have the defense points.
Or the defense is still in progress, I respawn at the base, I have to run to the keep again...

I was playing just fine on PS EU but then logged out to switch to NA. Same issue as other people: can’t log in. Switched back to EU, same thing: “An unexpected internal error …”

If you’re in game, don’t log out.
