PvP cyro/BG control build?

Looking for some kind of 1-bar (preferably) control focused pvp build (no trials gear) that can lock down one or more enemies that can mainly fit in Cyrodiil and also maybe BGs. (if such a thing exists)

Class doesn't matter much, open to suggestions.

Do you want a more support-y setup, or do you want to actually be able to 1v1? You can basically pick any AoE immob + aoe CC, then fill in the other 3 skills with whatever.

Arcanist has a cool spammable immob and an unblockable good debuffing CC, but it's single target. Nightblade has AoE fear which also debuffs, but it's melee. The Psijic skill line has a really good AoE CC, but it's a cast time and very magicka intensive to use.

Turn Evil, from the Fighter's Guild line, is an instant cast. It's not a huge area, but it works pretty well. It'd be better in BGs than Cyrodiil because it's cast over a small area surrounding you, but I suspect most BG players know how to counter it.

Are you trying to use Vanguard's Challenge?

S&B or templar' charge stun with rush of agony, Warden's winter line, immobilize focus and hunter's snare from scribing.

Run a dk wearing rush and dc. gap close to proc rush then slap down eruption/cinder storm to proc dc for the double pull, stun, and the 70% snare. then immobilize with talons. that covers just about all ccs.

It would be dk with talons and cc of choice, archanist with flail and charm, or warden with broken charm and possibly ice immobilizers.

Start tanky with something like pariah and wretched then play them till you figure out who has the skills you like and go from there I'd say

If u re lf a full cc build with no intensions of taking kills but cc..play frontline and survive at least 1 vs 4 i can share my build if u leave an e mail.
