On Xbox NA its EP. They have enough players to pop-lock both campaigns (Blackreach and Grey Host) most nights, even when other factions are struggling to get 1-2 bars. It's been that way for well over a year now and to be honest, its really getting old.

Before they even think about "balancing" ball groups, they need to learn how to incentivize cyrodil PVP so its not about killing the map/campaign, the game doesn't reward you for taking an empty map, and that there are even numbers across the factions (or buffs/debuffs to give outnumbered factions a fighting chance).

On PCEU it's usually Ebonheart Pact vs Aldmeri Dominion battling it out for top spot. Daggerfall Covenant rarely get a look in on this side of the Atlantic pond!

That's how it is on PSNA as well.

Most players I know that focus on PvP have toons from all 3 alliances anyway.

I've spent a lot of time leveling up my toons to get tier 1 awards in Blackreach on PSNA. Every faction has been dominant at sone point during the day.

Pretty sure there were waves and waves of AD zergs in IC (CP) yesterday. Skirmishing with a few random EP sweatlords.
