More Playable Khajiit/Argonian Subraces, Customization, and Immersion

Can we please get more customization options for the Khajiit and Argonians? It'd be really neat to have more playable subraces (bipedal obviously). I'm surprised they weren't added with Murkmire (Argonians) and Elsweyr (Khajiit). I would also love more colors and markings for both (in base character customization). It'd also be nice to be able to customize our tails (length/type). I think character creation needs an overhaul in general.
I also wish our Argonians had a connection with the Hist (maybe join a tribe through a quest or something). There's a quest where you help an Argonian establish a connection with the Hist (as he was born away from it). It'd be really cool to be able to do something like that with our Argonians. I also wish other Argonians recognized them during specific quests, and you'd get special dialogue (most of the time they treat you as a separate race, once in a great while they'll recognize you as one of them) maybe even have special quests (race specific). It'd make Shadowfen and Murkmire much more enjoyable as an Argonian. It'd be nice if this was done for ALL races though to add to the immersion. Make the races more unique outside of racials. There's hardly a difference even in their respective homelands.
