Freezing issue on ps5

Occasionally eso will just screen freeze. The screen freeze reason is unknown exactly of what’s causing it. This has been an issue since December and it’s happening a bit more frequently. This has caused no death runs to be lost in dungeon groups and trials and has caused enteral error message to occur once trying to sign back in occasionally. Tonight I was running vma to get my arena endeavor and it happened once again. Here’s a video clip for few minutes you will see the game is fine last minute of the video you can see where the game just froze.

This is not just a console issue. It happens all the time on pcna.

I have already done this it’s not a PlayStation issue. I have cleared cache rebuilt the database and reinstalled the game. This only happens on eso so I have already eleminated it as a console problem. Also note I did mention this back in December after that update when the bug started to appear more frequently. I suspect it has something to do with some of the game’s animations that need tweaked and fixed. Kind of similar how a few years back dungeons like wayrest 2 would crash when bosses did certain animations. Im just uncertain if it’s a world animation a character animation environmental or a ui animation or somthing else causing the issue. As we can see with one of the responses in the comments this is also happening in pc as well. This is also happening to too many people at once to for it to be a single console issue alone.

if you can make a video clip next time it happens and drop it here so we can see if we can narrow down what’s causing it.

The support page didn’t help I have experienced this issue at least 2 more times eso is the only game it happens on. I got a video clip of it happening each time to. The support page told me to do what I have already done reinstall the game clear cache clear saved data still experiencing issues. As I said it’s been an issue since the December update multiple people I know in guilds are experiencing this issue which had ruined some of our runs.
