Is using RoA in Battlegrounds bannable?

So with NB's Teleport (and also vault), you can pull people in specific directions by activating the movement ability the moment you see the chains extend out.
Currently, with this set, you can pull people through walls, off ledges, off objectives, etc. at your point of "landing".
Initially I thought it was an exploit, since you can pull people through keep doors and keep walls in Cyrodiil.
But the set has been out for 4 years, and it seems the pull has been made purposely different from a set pull like swarm mother, so I was wondering if this was an exploit or if I'll get banned for using it in a mode like BG's. (I'm still pretty sure it's an exploit in Cyrodiil when used on keep walls/doors, but otherwise it's pretty fun).
