I am sry now I wasted any time on this event. I could only get to 11out of 12 and was disappointed. Having now seen the costume I'll never get back those two days I wasted doing this on two accounts.Come on now!
Another awful costume for us to collect.
Seriously, who actually wants this cosmetic?
I bet all you completionists will never wear this cosmetic.
Isn't it all a bit lackluster now?
This has been going on for way too long.
Rubbish rewards for grind-play.
Unhappy.

Does anyone want flappers on chests that are not heavy armor?
Who wants sock to wear with their short skirt? Especially if one likes to pair a skirt with sandals.
...I knew of this outfit before the announcement and I was planning to purchase it for the expected 2.500 Crowns.
I am oh so glad that I got it for free!
And yes, I am using it.
Have a nice day

Devs should make a separate gear piece called flaps
Also, have an achievement of clipping 5 or more flaps and crotch rags at once.
Joke aside, I suggested many times to have these flaps moved to the belt section, this way they don't have to change the design. But I don't understand the release of new outfit pieces with flaps with all the feedback against them.

I get the impression that some of the guys on here who play female toons are always asking for sexy clothes for their toons. I have some female toons, but I like them dressed practically!
However, "practical" can also be liberating, and the mini-kilt at the core of this I would put on anyone. I just wish it didn't come with flaps, socks, impractical metal things on your thighs, and pink dingly-danglies.

Well, there are women that enjoy looking sexy. I had a female character due to all the female cosmetics I kept getting and used very small chest/butt sliders and she constantly covered head to toe so I wouldn't get hit on.
Meanwhile the women I'm friends with loved more revealing outfits and largest chest sliders =D.

My first character was a male, the second a female. I then needed more characters as "mules" and had to take a choice - since I fall in spending in the store but I can't afford everything, I wanted all males or all females. This game has better aesthetics for females in my opinion, so I've opted for all females.
They are mixed in style, some more revealing and some well covered up. My main has 5 Armory with paired Outfits, also mixed in style. Right now her roleplay build is using legs, bracers and belt of this new outfit, paired with shardborn heavy chest and head, the blackwood collector's free style pauldrons, and soulshriven sandals.

I know I have a couple characters who look awful in flapless armor because their legs are too far apart.
I like it except for the skirt. Maybe I can find another set piece that goes well with the rest.

I personally like the flaps. I play a Dunmer female and I like the sense of draping fabrics to better match the Morrowind concept arts. I agree that, solely because so many people don't like them, there should be an option to disable the flaps for players. But I don't want all motifs from here on to just be a shirt. I like the fabric and hip plates and even other accessories like scrolls and vials and such. I also don't wear skirts that show any amount of leg skin. And I save sandals for my beast races since they got those wild toenails that need the extra breathing room haha.
I wouldn't have such a deep, burning hatred of flaps (and, to a lesser degree, hip tassets) if they didn't clip into everything. There are a lot of leg styles that simply cannot be paired with any chest piece that has a flap without the flap obviously clipping into them (for example, Mazzatun legs in any weight). In some cases, they're so wide that they clip into the character model itself; in other cases, there are styles where both the chest and the legs have flaps, leading to a ridiculous double-flap look.
If the flaps were on the legs (so they couldn't clip into the leg), that would be fine. If they were on the belts.... I'd have to see it, because I don't think that would fix the clipping issue. And the hip tassets will always clip with sheathed DW and 1h+Shield weapons, which is among the most questionable design choices I've ever seen in a video game.
