For me it's just the whole coldharbour/Cadwell deal. That's a main base quest line unlike thieves or not collecting butterflies/mushrooms. While we have other companions to tag in on the final leg of that particular journey, it'd been nice not to have to sideline him at the finish line for the companions quest line.
