Not sure where this should be posted, but a friend had their account perm banned and since it was deactivated. They’re unable to log in to the elder scrolls website to contact support.

They have actually tried to email you guys regarding this as they wish to appeal the ban. The tick number they have I will post below for you. It has been well over 4 days since they contacted ( about 2 weeks now ) and haven’t heard anything back.

    @Woodley85 Thanks for contacting. However, because this has to do with another user's account and ban appeal, the most we can do here is escalate the ticket number, which we just did with customer service. All communication regarding the ban needs to happen with the user and customer service via the ticket. Please have your friend make sure they have the email where they received the ticket listed in their email to avoid it being flagged by spam filters. The ticket has been escalated. Lastly, since the communication regarding this ticket needs to be done with the original user, we are going to close this thread. For anything else, please feel free to DM me.
