Just fired up the client a little while ago to catch any patches going & got a repair of some MB. Shut down as servers are offline, then fired it up again to check something and have repair showing... hit repair and it verifies the entire thing and says OK.
But...
If I close and open the client again it starts the cycle round again...
Any ideas?

I am seeing the repair button now and it does nothing for me except give me Error 210 - Patch Manifest Error. Unable to download Manifest. Please try again later.0

Many people are having this issue currently, as you may have seen from the amount of threads related to it.
Currently there is not much to do about it, beside trying to run it in administrator or repairing manually to see if it stops.
I don't recommend continuing to repair or install, as that'll fill up your harddisk, or just be an endless loop of wasted time.
Try and wait for a response from the Support team, they're working very hard for us
