Thanks for the feedback here, @MafiaCat115. Follow up question for you, when you say "new things would really have to wow me" could you expand on that? I know for some folks that means "flashy", but we have also gotten feedback that folks want less flashy things. So just trying to get another perspective there. Feedback we can take to the team.

nice month.
i like the Dibellan merchant assistant, the new Tojay statuette, and the Red Petal arms pack.
(Though really hope the Petal weapons don't have the flash effect that the Prior Thierric weapons have)

I like the outfit the Dibella merchant is wearing and hopefully we can get it in game for our characters soon.
I think everyone would agree that having hair dyes available in the crown store would be so long waiting feature and will make you a fortune. You can’t imagine how many times I thought about an ability to dye my high elf’s hair black, but there’s just no possibility right now

Hey Kevin - not sure if this is what MafiaCat was getting at, but as a long time player I think the feedback I'd share is that I'd be more likely to be "wow'd" so to speak by some legitimately new and unexpected items.
- Like say an entirely new mount type;
- a new assistant with new functionality (like letting me access my guild traders);
- (related to assistants, I wish I could "re-skin" ones I've already purchased for less than full price - not going to pay the full 5k crowns again to get a merchant that looks different than the one I have but has the exact same funcitonality);
- a hair dying pack / new hair styles;
- an arms pack with a new take on some of the weapons (like turning my greatsword into a spear or dagger into a scythe or staff into a magic wand or a tome; or also something unique like how the gloambound weapons vanish when sheathed);
- some new interactable furnishings that bring new effects or interactions to my houses;
- a bard houseguest who takes song requests...
idk it gets tough to get excited when you've been around a while and have already collected a lot of the things.
And part of the issue too I think is that most of the cooler new items tend to be in crates, making the day to day crown store selection feel a little plain after a while.
In terms of your question about flashy vs. not flashy, I do like mounts / pets / items that really stand out, but they also don't need to be overdone with a lot of bright effects and sounds and particles and explosions. For me it's more about a unique look than trying to make a scene I guess.
For a specific example, the last high end mount I purchased was the Sanguivorian Howler, which I would say has a unique look suitable for my vampire character without the effects being overdone.
Whereas I would never get something like the recent Symphony of Dawn Charger, which for me is an example of crossing the line to being ridiculous and overdone. Of course these are all just personal preferences and I know some folks who loved it.
Anyway, I get that you can't just snap your fingers and change the crown store offerings but I saw your question and just wanted to share! Thanks for asking!
[EDITED to organize a little better].

Sanguine's.
Rose!?!?
It's really frustrating that there are collections of various things in game - Daedric Artifact styles, Undaunted Arms packs, ESO+ deity statuettes, etc. - that the Crown Store team is continually leaving unfinished. Why can't the team ever finish anything they've started?
Sanguine's Rose is the big one - of the 17 Daedric Princes (sans Ithelia), we've got 16 of their artifact styles available. The only one which has never released is the Rose, and with the Sanguine shrine in the West Weald and the statue we had in August and the Statuette right now, it looked like we'd finally get it.
...and nope. And since the Artifact styles are inexorably linked to the respective Prince's summoning day, that means we don't get another chance to get it until next February.
MafiaCat115 wrote: »To start off, the main issue I have is that I have been playing ESO since pre-One Tamriel, and ESO for the PC/NA megaserver since Markarth. By this point, I have bought most, if not all, of the items which would’ve grabbed my attention by now. For something to be striking enough for me to buy it, said item would have to be something new, or an improvement on what there already is.
That being said, here are some of the suggestions that come to mind:
- Hair Dyeing!: I would love for a hair dyeing system to be added to the game. It could be using a new Hair Dye Station or assistant, and uses the dyes which are available at the Dye Station. This would also encourage players to go out and do more content to get more dyes. Even if it is using dye stamps which could unlock colors in the Collections menu, that would be appreciated.
- More Hair Variety: I have noticed a number of hairs which are unavailable to the player/only in certain circumstances. Two examples are the hair the Nocturnal Shrikes have, and a special variant of the Ragged Royal Page Cut which I discovered while wearing the Azure Ombre hair on a Khajiit with the Winter Wreath Broadbrim hat. See the spoiler for both examples.
SpoilerThe Azure Ombre hair with Winter Wreath Broadbrim Hat on a Khajiit, which looks to be a Ragged Royal Page Cut with the color of the Azure Ombre

The Ragged Royal Page Cut, showcased by Asrea Starlight, whose letter is in the Loremaster's Archive
The Azure Ombre Hair with the Winter Wreath Broadbrim hat on a non-Khajiit.
The hair the Nocturnal Shrikes have. Chances are it is rigged to be on their torso and differently than a player character's hair, but it would still be cool to have.- Assistant Trade In: Looking through this February’s showcase, I see a new merchant assistant, Terilorne, that I would like. The problem is that I already have bought Fezez, so I would have little use for another merchant. If I could either trade in Fezez to get Terilorne at a discounted price, say ~500-1000 crowns, I would gladly do so. Or if in general you could get a discount if you’ve already bought a assistant of a particular type, that would motivate me to get another assistant.
- Weapon Racks: These would be furniture items you could place down in a home and interact with to display weapons. It could either pull weapons from your account’s motif/style knowledge, or it could even just take whatever model is in your active bar and use that.
- Alt Character Houseguests: I envision a houseguest which you could place down that would take the model of a different character in your character list. It could have a “Character A” slot, which is the primary character it takes the appearance of, and a “Character B” slot, which is used if you are actively on Character A already.
- Collection Furnishings: There are many Crown Store furnishings which I’d like to buy, or have bought, that are limited by the fact that I can only put them down in one home. For example, I bought and enjoy the Auriel Statue, but I wish I could put it into more houses than one without having to buy many more. I know that having it be a Collection item would make it so that it could only be placed once, but an alternative could be having it so when you buy it you get a Collection version and a version like how they are now. The prime suspects off the top of my head for this would be the music boxes, statues, and Daedric Prince banners.
- Speaking of Daedric Prince banners, I’d love to see an Ithelia pack including a banner of her’s and the Staff of Many Paths.
- More Small/Medium Houses: I love the Notable houses, but they are so difficult to meaningfully furnish with the limits we have. Instead, I’d love to have more manageable houses which we could decorate instead. Seabloom Villa is a recent favorite house of mine due to the size of it, and I have seen others share that sentiment.
- Passive Emote Usage: There could be an “Emote Profile” tab by the Personality section for Appearances which would allow you to select a variety of emotes to have automatically play when you’re standing still. They could be sprinkled in with the idle animations of personalities, and more profiles could be bought from the Crown Store like outfit slots. This would allow us to use the emotes we earn/get in crates more often without having to go out of our way to use them.
- Interactable/Improved Noncombat Pets: Pets who you could pet, talk to, or hear commentary from would be a nice addition. Imagine if you could have Arox follow you around on your adventures while he critiques your fighting form, or a dog you could give head pats to. These could be a middle ground between houseguest and noncombat pet.

Does Terilorne the Dibellan Freetrader do anything special, or is she a merchant?
On the launcher it says "NEW ASSISTANT - ACQUIRE FINE WARES WITH TERILORNE, DIBELLAN FREETRADER".
The write up looks like she sells cool stuff (like the weekend trader). Does she sell cool stuff or is she a simple merchant like Nuzhimeh?
