Voriplasm Pet (Voriplasm Trap) Fragments

I did not get any of these fragments during any of the past events for Blackwood or Murkmire. Now that they are available again through Philius Dormier in Blackwood during the Pan-Tamriel Celebration, it is telling me that I don’t meet the requirements to purchase the fragments. However, it does not tell you what the requirement is to be able to purchase them. Can anyone tell me how to meet the requirement?

I had same msg as well xbox na I have eso + so not sure what the requirements are

See if you have the murkmire prologue done or the 30 dailies. Not sure if that's what's needed, as I alrady have whatever achieve its wanting

if you have the event tickets needed to purchase the fragments and cannot purchase them, then this is likely a bug

I'd try visiting Murkmire/Blackwood if you've never set foot in the zone? IDK that's strange, I don't recall any requirement @ZOS_Kevin

This may be a longshot, but double check and make sure you really just don’t have the pet already. Also, just in case this was the older style, where the parts would go into your inventory, make sure you had space in your bag.

Is this for the Voriplasm "Gibblegog" under Exotic Non-combat pets?

I have the Gibblegog, but get the same message about not meeting the requirements when i talk to the event assistant.
