Translation Addon for PC

When doing pledges or random dungeons I have the same frustrating experience almost every day: things go wrong due to a lack of communication, mechanics aren't done because the chat wasn't understood, hard modes aren't activated or messed up and many other things that could easily be solved with chat. Not every player has at least a rudimentary knowledge of the English language. So that the chat can at least be understood in terms of meaning. Personally, I don't understand how anyone would play an MMO and doesn’t understand a word of English. But many times exactly this is the case. (I don't want to name any explicit nationalities here)
There are so many people who make great add-ons for the game. Couldn't you create an add-on that integrates translation software and automatically translates the chat into your own language and, if necessary, your own chat into a foreign language? That would make so many things easier. Translating with google simply takes far too long. You have to copy the text, switch to desktop and back into the game and often the fight has already started and it's too late. It would also be very helpful if the addon displayed short tips in the group chat about the hard mode and special mechanics in certain languages before every boss fight. Of course, it would be best if such a feature could be integrated into the game straight away. But I'm afraid that won't be possible.

No idea if this is possible with user-made addons. Perhaps it is possible for ZOS to create a native support (AI driven) in the chat.

Auto translate chat on the fly needs an API and that's clealy not possible at this moment...
Of course technically an addon could embed dictionaries in all languages but you then would have 5 days long loading screens

The idea of explaining mechanics in chat is interesting, we could do that the first time the crosshair is on the boss, it would require a lot of work on the addon dev side just to collect the infos and do it in english but again the problem is translating it in all languages, a thing the community could help the addon devs with but rarely do.

I'm French I code my addons in English and I don't translate my addons to French or any other language because I don't have the time to do that, instead I wait for a non dev player to invest time in translating the language files in them own language, again, it is very rare.

We could have a part of the community dedicating a bit of time to help tranlating addons which would lessen the burden for addon authors which are working for the community for free, but nowadays that part is one occasional person, not an organized group.

Addons can save data on the disk only during logout/reloadui. Thats why TTC doesn't post your listing on the go. There is also no way to use any internet API for this, only open a website on browser after user's permission.
Maybe if the demand would be high for this, ZOS could make the game API to save a chat log that can be accessible by addons like guild history cache is, it could be possible.
