Hi all, we are aware of the issue with the Apocrypha Expedition Belt here. The team is working to fix for this. However in the meantime, if you would like your tickets back for the belt please put in a ticket.

Confirming there is no belt at all. So please place a customer service ticket to get your event tickets back. Looks like a template was left and sometimes the item does not get made.

Belts are planned, generally. However, sometimes during development, styles don't end up needing them, or there are times where items like belts end up not looking right with the overall theme the team is going for. So they end up on the cutting room floor. Just ends up being part of development. Thanks for confirming! Is it intended like that for the others? Just as feedback to pass along - they should make belts for all of these signature skill styles. It's a bit odd to have an entire outfit except the belt, ya know.

But ZOS_Kevin that makes no sense from styling standpoint. If ZOS design team feels a belt is not needed in that outfit, then it would stand that a player would feel that as well. In which case this would only work where we have a “hide belt slot” option, which we do not. So either offer that or offer a “translucent belt” when belt isn’t needed design wise.
With current choice, a player is REQUIRED to pick a different style belt, which won’t belong or work well, if we believe ZoS design team, as you say.

I'm still of the opinion that "Hide Slot" should be available for all slots, not just head and shoulder (and thank Mauloch we finally got the shoulders). But Belts are one of the worst offenders, and if the design team is seeing fit to release a style without a belt because it "looks better" when players are not able to make that same choice without unequipping gear...
This is precisely why we need all the slots to be hideable.
And how many more Crown Crate body markings will people use if they can walk around shirtless to actually show them off?
