No drop from Group public dungeon boos

Just ran Forgotten Crypt and the group boss did not drop the reward box.

Still not getting a reward box from group boss.

There seems to be a cooldown on the boxes around 4-5 minutes.

I and others have had bosses that do not drop anything. For one of us it was his first boss of the day. For me I hadn't done one in over a half hour. Something is not working correctly.

I know there is a cool down but I ran earlier and killed the Silenced Colossus 4 times before it finally gave me a reward.
