Thanks for taking your precious time to check out if you are a fit for us.

First of all, I like to say that this game is phenomenal! I usually don't like soloing in an MMO but in here, I enjoy it. It is VERY relaxing. Having said that, there are situations where groups will be needed. Crafting coordination with others is another situation where recruiting a few good people would enhance this game to another level of enjoyment. This is why I decided to make yet another Guild in another MMO when I said I wouldn't do it. Someone once said "if you want something done right, do it yourself". I totally agree with that statement and that is why I create Guilds. MOST, not all, Guilds out there are chat groups. Not much coordination and so on. Some have them but tend to ignore the newer members. I can go on about it but I won't. Here is what I want to create in this game.

I will get the things MOST guilds advertise out of the way (which I feel is a given) such as activity, maturity, friendly, helpful and yada yada yada... I am tired of people saying these words in ads in games. OF COURSE we want active, mature and etc. people in here. This is what I want to do.

1. VENTRILO is a must to do things as a guild. If you want to type, no problem. Log in and listen in. So much can be done via voice but when larger guilds get cluttered up with voice it could be a mess. I understand but for groups, it is almost a must! I require it to group with me. I don't like typing. Some of you agree and some won't. Keep curses to a minimum and don't annoy people on them. Don't worry, I will let you know if you are.
2. Guild selling to each other is usually frowned upon in the Guilds I run. It is ironic there are Guild stores to do just that. Keep in mind that in this game, if you want to sell something in an "auction" then sure do it. The feature is there. Use it. When it comes to me, I feel these are pixels and even though we paid to play, it is still worthless in the end (unless you sell gold or something...). I will give you an example: If I am not crafting blacksmithing, I will pass all my mats to the smith. I know they will level up and I will get gear from them as well for free or close to it. We HELP each other level and grow. That is how it should be but these types of people are VERY hard to find. Does this "fit" your play style? Is this what YOU are looking for?
3. Grouping for dungeons will be important here. I had success soloing in a PUG but we had a lvl 10 tank running all over the place. If I wasn't the healer, I wouldn't have had much confidence in the group. I am not saying I'm the best player but I play well. (I was also level 14) Fair enough? Moving on... We need people that if the same level range, we try to group with others in the Guild. Usually I would ask, why join a Guild if you do not group with them. In this game it could be for some other reasons but I still want people to group if they join this one.
4. No application required!!! I am not going to give you a chance to lie to me or waste YOUR time going to a website to fill out some useless form. Are you mature, what games you play, are you active, WHO CARES!. This page has the rules and what we want. If you agree with them, join us. If you fail to do the things listed here, YOU FAILED and you will be booted. We can say whatever we like but what we do is what counts. If this FITS so far, we are doing good!
5. Active membership has always been the key to a good growing guild. If someone doesn't log in for 3 weeks, they will be removed from the Guild. If they come back they can rejoin us. I like to have this set at 1 week but I will be easy on it this round. Once we hit our Max membership, I will bring that time frame down some. I tend to keep us at 100 members MAX. I can handle 100 by myself pretty easy. Once it gets past this, I would need good Officers, Most of you that join wants to follow or you would make a Guild. I understand that. Sometimes I do get Officers that do very well but this is very hard to find. 100 is fine. We will have everything unlocked and we can have Officers, active members and PVP if we like.
6. This is a Casual/Hardcore Guild. What I mean by this is I will not have requirements to do anything other than not being a KNUCKLEHEAD. Of course we can have raid times but everything is voluntary. I am hardcore because I will most likely play this game every day for a lot of hours. I play scattered throughout the day and a lot at night (EST).
7. We do not have an age requirement but have a maturity requirement! Once again, I cannot stand Guilds advertising, get this, "Must be age 18 and act like it" LOL Most 18 year olds are worse than any other age out there. Are you kidding me? Act like it? I also known "wiser ones" in their 60s that were worse than the 15 year olds I knew. Anyways, I don't care how old you are. Act mature with good morals and you'll fit. Do not be annoying and you'll fit. Help out and be a part of the Guild and you'll fit.. See the pattern?

I am sure there are more things but man, I wrote a freakin book! My bad. Hey, if a few of you join up and help me grow, I am sure it will all be worth it. MOST of you won't, which is perfectly ok. I don't want most of you. I want the ones that FIT!

I am struggling with the name of the Guild. Feel free to post some suggestions. Keep in mind, I like "GOOD THEMED" names like Honorable or Loyal in them. I despise Evil so keep that in mind as well when suggesting names.. Thanks all and again, if you made it this far, sorry for the winded novel. Sometimes you have to do this to weed out the ones that we don't want.

We have lots of members online at any given time so far. Good group of officers. We are doing lots of dungeons together preparing us for the trials!!! Most are in the 20s with some 30s. Good guild, don't miss out.

Guild is doing GREAT. Got our 100th member yesterday. I didn't recruit for a long time but finally did it. I see about 7 people I need to remove. If you are still interested in a VERY good core group of players to end game with, look me up. If you found that already, well you shouldn't be reading this. ;-0 Good game so far. Just needs a few tweaks which I think they are working on it. Hopefully..
