I have been campaigning for this for literally years but I'm going to try one more time. Please give events to imperial city such as double telvar or maybe a campaign with cool rewards. Since you are scaling back on the content it would not take much man power and imperial city is so empty. Its such a shame given the attention to detail in that place. Im aware there are similar threads but i cant reply for some reason.
