Imperial Alchemical Sachets: please enable multi-buys, not one at a time like now

Currently we can only hold one Imperial Alchemical Sachet at a time (costing only 20 fragments each), so to buy multiple (the case for most people), we have to unpack each before we can purchase the next one. Please make it behave like the Waxed Apothecary's Satchel.

Well it’s not a bug, they behave identical to the ones purchased at IA trader.
Not saying I like it, but this is ZOS intended design, hence why it has not changed. Not a bug.0
