Anthelmir's Debuff Visual Effect - Standardize for a General Armor Reduction Visual Effect?

Got Anthelmir's to add to my fake tank build, And I'm liking the visual effect indicating the armor reduction being applied.

So I'm thinking: Why isn't this kind of effect present for abilities that apply Major/Minor Breach, or other sources of armor reduction like a Crushing Weapon? Would make it look a bit cooler as you apply subsequent debuffs on the boss.

Maybe this VFX could be made as a general indicator of the amount of armor the target has left? Both to give a visual clue to debuffing players in PvE as to the state of the debuffs without needing to track debuff icons, and for PvP players to get a general gist of the armor level of their opponent (since you can be armor capped while wearing a bath towel).

Once any armor debuff is in effect, the pulsing shattered spiderweb will grow in intensity, and redshift, the lower the players effective armor is (current armor, not amount debuffed). Updating the VFX every time an armor buff/debuff is applied/falls off (being removed whenever there are no armor debuffs are in play).
