Fishing Guide ?

When I was playing ESO a few years ago I used to have a really good fishing guide, it was an area by area, fish by fish and what baits ans where to get them type guide.
On returning to the game and having replaced my comouter since them I have no idea what or where this guide was, so can anybody help me with a guide like that at all ?
