Is this build viable for PVP mainly BG and IC. (My first atempt at theorycraft)

Hello everybody.
Im gonna try and dip my toe into making a pvp build that isnt a youtube copypaste. Since becomming a familyman my ingame time is somewhat restricted, which is why I wanted to run this by you all before spending my (limited) mats/gold on gear.

Im a CP ca. 1600 stamblade btw.

The idea:

5 piece draugrkin (frontbar is dualwield maces)
5 piece order's wrath (all medium)
Mythic: Gaze of sithis (I hardly ever blok anyways)
1 piece monster shoulder with extra pen.
Backbar: blackrose bow or masters bow.
Mundus: lover and vamp stage 3.

Skills FB: cloak, turn evil, traveling knife with the pull morph (insert Ross "come here to me" gif), relentless focus, killers blade and incap strike.

Skills BB: caustic arrow/virulent shot (depending on the bow i choose), healing burst, leeching strikes, sap essence, focused aim and toxic barrage.

So i wanted to try something new, atleast to me. I have been running the, apparently abhorred, rush of agony/plaguebreak combo for a long time and while it "works" its getting abit old.

In my head this build is sort of a "fringefighter"

My main focus will be to put down the aoerune turn evil then pull targets into the rune while in sneak/cloak using traveling knife, hit them with incap strike, relentless focus and hopefully finish them off with killers blade.
Btw my main priority will never be to gank 35-40k health buffed up tanks or charging solo into a ballgroup.
Its to break up the monotony of squishy bomber playstyle.
So what say you? Is this viable or not? Are there some other sets that might work better? This is my first atempt at something resembling theorycraft and im very interested to hear what you think.
Thanks for reading and hopefully responding.

It's not bad, but could be more focused.

Draugrkin wants as many damage instances as you can get, so go with Master's bow for the DoT + extra damage. I would also use Rending Slashes for same reason (probably drop Snipe since you are pulling people and thus assume you are melee focused).

NB Fear is better than Turn Evil. Pretty sure if you pull with the knife, the target will get CC immune so they shouldn't get feared by the rune. Although since ZOS thinks PvP with pulls that do not grant CC immunity is enjoyable gameplay, I could be wrong and the target will still get feared. Advise double check before using any mats. You could use Lotus Fan for an extra DoT and then use fear and get a similar effect.

I don't think Gaze of Sithis is as good as it once was because health recovery got nerfed hard and there are going to be times that if you dont block you will die. That mythic was good on builds with already high mitigation/defense that didn;t rely so much on blocking. Saint & Seducer or Death Dealer's gives a lot more value.

Order's Wrath is a good set, but Dragurkin can't crit so this strikes me as not being as focused as it could be. If going for pressure, then something like Rally Cry or Wretched vitality might be a more natural fit.

My instinct is that a NB is better played with pure burst rather than draugrkin, though the class is good and versatile enough for a lot of things to at least work.
Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.
