ASUS TUF GAMING B650-M Plus Wifi
AMD Ryzen 5 7600 - 48GB
NVIDIA 4070 SUPER 12GB (I think, maybe 16GB)
The message I don't remember exactly, basically said the server encounter an error, The crash was in Cyrodiil (I enter and immediately I crashed) so the error follow the usual type of crashes there.

Hi @Scaletho thanks for providing the specs. Since you don't know the exact error, please go ahead and try these troubleshooting steps for PC first: Here
If you've tried the troubleshooting and still run into the issue, submit a ticket with us here. This will allow an agent to take a look further and hopefully diagnose what is causing the issue.

With all due respect... it's not our PC's that's causing the crashes... It's the game, the software... Especially in the harsh environment such as Cyrodill. Every time a ballgroup is nearby people's pings start to become extremely high.. to the point of it being 999++. It gets so bad that people aren't able to activate any skills whatsoever.. some even experience a crash. There is nothing on the troubleshooting page that you posted that can help solve the issue.
