Wrathsun set rework ideas

I love the idea of this set. It's somehow hard to get it viable in alot of situations though.
The increase stack time coming is great but I think more could be done.

1. Maybe decrease the number of stacks required to 30-35?

2. Make each stack counts towards reduced ultimate cost if you have Nova slotted, while disabling the Nova from the set. This would be awesome to use in PVP since wasting 200+Ulti for people just run away feels sad.

3. Make each stack increase damage of Dawns wrath instead of only at max stacks

4. Make each stack SLIGHTLY increase damage of ALL templar skills.

I personally would love to try example 2 the most

    dark flare as spammable is very weak. ranged magplar is quite strong but you dont use it as your spammable and this set doesnt make it usable either.

    i think i would support reducing the number of stacks, and making the dmg scale instead of only getting dmg at max stacks (could also see the dmg applying to all templar skills to make it more useful outside of large groups and execute)

    i think if other issues could also be resolved, such as solar barrage adding a stack for every enemy in range instead of only 1 stack per tick regardless of how many enemies in range, it might help a lot too

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
