How can I get gifting available on my account?

I have submitted a ticket 4 times over the past 6 months and keep being denied.
-my account is active since beta
-I play 2-4 days every week
-I’m active in several guilds
-never had a TOS violation
-I did have eso plus until a few months ago when I let it expire since I can’t use the crowns I want to gift to people.

Zos won’t tell me other then “keep playing the game and submit another ticket”

So what am I missing? Looking for help please.
I’m in several trial prog groups and I like to gift a crown crate to the raid lead when we complete our goal and I’m getting endlessly frustrated. I have submitted a ticket every time I’m denied and they just say. As it stands you are denied. Keep playing the game we can’t tell you what you need to do to get gifting reinstated.

I really love this game and have played a considerable amount so I am really at my last rope before just quitting entirely which would make me sad but I hate being treated as guilty for something I didn’t do. Let me spend the crowns I’ve purchased as I want.

Thank you for your time.

I've seen a couple of lengthy threads about this, and the short version is that no-one outside of ZOS knows what the magic combination of factors is to be gifted with gifting. Apparently, some people were abusing gifting to conduct real money fraud, hence the clampdown. It's unfortunate, but since it's been over a year without a clear statement of the criteria being used to determine eligibility, I doubt we're going to get one now.

Anyone have an idea of some form of game play or community activity that could be a possible criteria I could try?

The one thing I see missing from your list of things done is to buy a pack of Crowns.

Nobody knows all the criteria and ZoS have said they will not reveal them so as to try stop the "bad actor's" getting the formula.

I do recall seeing buying crowns from the store not from free with ESO+ being mentioned by others as a requirement.

If you fancy some reading you might find some extra help in this thread.........

I'm dealing with this BS right now. It's disgusting.

I have two accounts going back to 2016. I have played both quite a bit over the years but don't return much these days. I decided I wanted to use the crowns on my alt to buy a house on my main. I didn't get approved to do it because I didn't realize I have to be playing a lot. Thing is, I don't want to play my alt. I am playing my main. And all I want is the house.

I appealed and asked if they could just take the crowns from my alt and put the house on my main since I am playing my main. I already have gifting on it since 2023. But I never played the alt since 2022. Both accounts have my name on them. Both have had plus at varying times. Both have purchased crowns. I don't even need gifting permission. Just give me the house on my main and take the crowns from my alt. Seems like a solution that is doable unless you just don't want people to use their crowns, which it seems is the case given that my name is on both accounts and I am currently playing my main and had plus until I cancelled because I don't want to end up in DLC dungeons.

I geniunely don't see what the problem is if both accounts are mine. Truly, just give me the house and take the crowns from the alt. But it isn't about a rule and why it exists (since this solution means I don't even need permission to use crowns that are actually mine). It's just PREDATORY.
