Small UI Tweak to Teach Skill Combat [Toggleable]

What it says.
It's Toggleable
Called "Combat Assistance," this could be toggled ON and OFF in Settings. The skill for your Spammable could be changed in Settings.
Changes Proposed
1. Skills are labeled Spammable or Over Time. Some could be labeled Buff or whatever, but for the purposes of this demonstration, I'm using 2. (See images)
2. The icon for the Spammable slot is slightly larger than the Over Time slots. (See images)
3. Selecting and dragging a skill hilights suggested areas for that skill. (See images)
Purpose
2. This minor tweak visually teaches what "Spammable" and "Over Time" skills are.
3. It teaches that characters typically have 1 Spammable, and 4+ "Over Time" skills. By hilighting the Spammable one (making it slightly larger) it encourages users to push it more often. Which is what Spammable skills are supposed to do.
4. This is a minor UI change, so does not alter ESO's overall aesthetic or UI. Zenimax could make this prettier. Consider this a "rough proof of concept."
