A person's goals say a lot about them. What do you want to accomplish? Are you a completionist who wants to do every single thing in the game? Do you want to become famous and hold the number 1 spot in the game in PVP? Maybe you like role-playing and just want to live life inside the game as the hero of Daggerfall.
We have similar ambitions. Whenever we do something, we try to do it in a way that sets us above the standard. Like right now, we're trying to recruit you into joining Elite if you have something worthy to contribute. we don't want people who are just good at a game yet do not talk and play with their guild mates. This needs to be a functioning, operating, happy community of people who can dominate the *** out of this game. Are you willing to contribute to a motivated and capable guild that can follow a common goal?
Every person in this guild has at least a single aspect about them in common with each other. We have something big we want to accomplish. This is why the guild's name is Elite. We will become it.
Now, as the guildmaster, let me explain in a little more depth just what characteristics in a person Elite is looking for.
We want people who will add their piece to the community and make it better.
- Ventrilo
Ventrilo is a good thing to have. Even if you don't have a mic, or have a terrible one, you don't need to use it! Just the fact that you are participating in our voice-conversations show you are willing to interact and get to know us better. not to mention that just listening in and offering your two cents in guild chat is just as good as vocally talking with us. The program is free and you can download it here
- Ambitions and the commitment to follow through with them.
None of us are *** (well not all the time) ; we will help you achieve your goals. And if there are any true ***, I'll boot them. In fact, that brings up another good requirement.
- No *** allowed
If you're an obstinate, selfish person who doesn't respect or like anyone else, we don't want you. However, if you're just a prickly guy who is a little blunt, that's fine. I can get that way too. Its human nature
- Talent or experience with video games
This is no hard requirement. I understand, some people may have never played an MMO before and that's just fine.
- Free time or the ability to make time
This is pretty much directly relative to how well you will do on the game and can be critical to your success.
- Altruism
Can you help others? Do you like helping others? Maybe by helping others, you help yourself. We want the people in my this guild to succeed in this game and we want people with a similar mindset as me.
