Stuck in Group

We did a trial last night. I was Crown. We completed the trial, I left the trial by using "P, T, E"....I was no longer in the group I was in, but was in a single group. I finally got back into my group by an invite from the leader of the group. I disbanded group last night before logging out and quitting game. Today that same character is in a single group again, I can't be invited to group, nor can I invite somebody into group. They get the message that that group is already full.

I've solved this problem in the past by queuing for Cyro or IC, which will then get me out of the group.

Per this article, you may want to try reforming the group you were in when the issue occurred and then disbanding it or loading into a new zone.

I had already rejoined the group that night, then disbanded after we were done doing trials.
The bug resolved itself yesterday.
