Skills not working is cyro at all...or 10-15 second delays in skills/barswaps

Is anyone else going through this right now? I literally am running a dizzy swing build and getting stuck in the backward dizzy animation for 10 or more minutes at certain points. It only goes away once I die. Vigor won't go off at all. Actually, no heals will go off at all. And if I keep pressing them my bars just go grey and nothing works at all. And my ping is only spiking to 60 from 40.

Yep, Xbox eu was a nightmare on the big fights last night in cyro. Constant disconnects for some of my group - skills and la not firing , 3-4 sexond lag in the keeps

. The funniest bits was guards being batted into mid air for 5 seconds and hovering like neo in the matrix before landing .

was happening to pretty much eveyone in group (U.K. Holland and Germany) - so we know it’s not our local internet

Game is broken at the moment

I’ve had the game uninstalled since October for similar performance woes — only difference in my case was that the latency meter was registering 300-999+. I’ve been seeing more reports since the power outage, though, of massive skill and animation delay as described above with no corresponding spikes registered by the in-game latency meter. Interestingly, according to the last significant dev update in the 100+ page thread on sudden terrible performance dating back to May 2024, ESO’s “ping” meter doesn’t actually reflect ping, and one of their plans is to fix that. I doubt they’ve done any work on it that quickly, but it’s worth noting just in case.

This is what I'm seeing too. Massive lag and problems but the in game measure of latency and fps say everything is perfect.
