[SOLVED] Lingering Torment Signature Script Doesn't Proc Status Effects

Seems like no matter what grimoire I put this effect on, the Lingering Torment damage over time portion of the ability never procs status effects, anyone else having this problem?
EDIT: Actually, I did more extensive testing and it does appear to work for wield soul, so maybe I was just not patient enough for it to proc off of Bloody Torch or Elemental Explosion DoTs. You can delete this.
