1. Does players in BB's circle receive all three buffs?
2. Maximum number players in circle receiving buff? I'm guessing six total...
3. Nightblade - How often is Stam/Mag restored? (Is there a cooldown)

1) Yes. Though Class Mastery Script is not applied to others.

2) 6. But also players can only benefit from one bannuer buff at a time (Prioritizing the first one cast)

3) Banner procs every 5 seconds.
